WELCOME BONUS

The Welcome bonus is available to the first time depositing new players only.

The minimum deposit of €10 is required to receive the 100% Welcome bonus and the maximum amount of bonus which a player can get is €250.

GENERAL BONUS TERMS

When receiving a bonus, the player plays with his/her deposited money first and then he/she plays with the bonus received. Should the player win in the result of the bets made with the deposited money and an active bonus, he/she can request the withdrawal of winnings after canceling the bonus. Should the player win in the result of the bets made with the bonus and cancel the bonus, the winnings and bonus will be void.

Bonus offers are valid only for the account holder and are not transferable.

Before you can withdraw any bonus, you must wager any bonus 40 (forty) times within 14 days after the bonus was issued and finish the game session. In case you request any withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, both the bonus and the winnings will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to exclude the player from the bonus program.

Country restrictions may apply. In case players from your country are not eligible for the bonus, you will not be offered bonus at the time of the first deposit. At the moment players from Greece are not eligible for getting bonuses.

In the interest of fair gaming, during the play through of all Matching Deposit Bonuses including Welcome Bonus, there are limits on the maximum bet size. Players are not entitled to place more than €5 per one initial bet in any game until all bonus wagering requirements have been met. For Poker Games there is a €5 limit per ante. For Slots and Roulette there is a €5 limit per spin.

GrandX reserves the right to change a bonus offer or to cancel it at any time without prior notice.

Note, Roulette Royal, Real Roulette and BlackJack are not included in the wagering requirement, Keno game has 10% contribution to wagering, video poker games have 20% contribution to wagering.

We reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player’s original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the play bonus is wagered on the game mentioned in the first sentence of this paragraph, or if the player willfully manipulates with or abuses any features of the bonus.

Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited. Players doing so agree to have their bonus and associated winnings declared void.

A player can claim this bonus only once, even if he/she holds against our Terms of Use more than one account at GrandX. GrandX reserves the right to close the accounts of all players attempting to claim multiple bonuses for which they are not eligible, as well as the right to void any winnings from these accounts.

In the case of any disagreements, the decisions made by GrandX are final.
